The 1859 Infantry Sharps uses a paper cartridge in .54 caliber. This rifle features a round blued barrel attached to a one piece hand oil finished American Walnut stock with 3-metal bands. The front sight is fixed with an ajustible rear sight. Stock also features a steel patch box.
